D-ZARD ("we," "us," or "our") operates the ScreenBGM mobile
application. We are committed to protecting your privacy.
This policy explains how we handle data and the permissions
required by the app.
2. Data Collection and Usage
- Personal Data: ScreenBGM does not collect, store, or transmit
any personally identifiable information (PII).
- Future Account System: If a community feature is implemented
in future updates, we may collect minimal data (e.g., Email,
Username) solely for account management. Users will be notified
and asked for consent at that time.
3. Accessibility Service
This app uses Android's Accessibility Service to provide its
core functionality.
- What we access: Screen images and on-screen coordinates
- Purpose: To detect matching images on your screen and
automatically play background music (BGM)
- Data processing: All data is processed locally on your
device only, in real-time
- Data collection: We do NOT collect, store, transmit, or
share any screen data with third parties
- User control: You can disable the Accessibility Service
at any time via Android Settings > Accessibility
4. Image/Media Access
The app may require access to screen capture to perform image
recognition (image-based triggers). Images are analyzed locally
for matching purposes and are never uploaded to external servers.
5. Data Security
Since no data is transmitted to our servers, your data remains
entirely on your local device. We implement industry-standard
security measures to ensure local data integrity.
6. Third-Party Services
The app may use Google Play Services for core functionality.
